Cleaning & Sealing

I initially rung Tile and Grout Pro as the people had originally commissioned to do the job cancelled on me a few days in advance. I originally rang just for advice but amazingly they were able to get me booked in for a service on such short notice. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of customer service, and Daniel did an absolutely amazing job on the floor. We have just purchased the property recently and the floors were VERY gross after what I imagine was quite long period of dirt buildup and improper care . Daniel worked very hard to get this floor looking great and we appreciate his hard work. Thank you everyone so much.

Work done on Monday, 8th June 2026. The slate was originally laid in 1999, and the last reseal done in 2012. We are very happy with the results, ended up going with a gloss rather than a matt finish at Daniels suggestion and it has worked out well.

Excellent results, brought a very bad bunch of untreated sandstone sitting in the elements for 10 years back to near new. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks again

The team was professional and friendly. Worked quickly/hard and communicted well and knew their products and how to work with tiles. Our only issue was clean up. Our yard/ grass was impacted with waste water and epoxy grout, which lead to epoxy being walked into house on shoes. Small issue of epoxy ending up on door handles, walls, hoses and nozzles. Overall a good experience and were happy with the results. Our grass is recovering but we shouldn't have had to clean up. Would highly recommend this team (with a little attention to keeping it clean)

The men completing the work were courteous and reliable. Overall the work was satisfactory.however minor grout cracking and breakage was reported via 3 voice messages and an email with no response. When I was finally able to speak to a member of staff I was asked to forward my photos and request for the matters attention to complaints. Disappointing as I saw this matter as one that simple required a conversation with an appropriate person. We have not heard back from the complaints department.

My only complaint is the mess that has been left behind. My front door was covered in white splatters which I am having trouble removing, and it now looks like it is damaging the finish on the door. The windows and balcony tiles are also filthy and I am not sure how to clean them as the splattering is quite gritty. We tried to call to ask the question and have had no reply. The wall itself looks great.

I am pleased with the work that Madu did. It was difficult to understand at times what he was saying. He didn't always arrive when he said he would but that could have been a communication issue. I have one question. What product can I use to remove Silicone from the shiny tiles in the bathroom.

Lovely service person. I was somewhat thrown when he showed up nearly an hour earlier than scheduled time; but glad I was at least home. The job was, as I had tried to say, considerably bigger than you might hve expected. I tried several times to send photos but each time they were just rejected for being too large. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of how to make my phone take tiny pictures while including what's in the frame. I notice you had what appeared to be an old overhead image of the swimming pool, taken before a house sitter tore the sandstone pavers up with a commercial Karcher, then left them to collect mould for 3 years. The rest - driveway, path and porch suffered similar fates The sandstone pavers came up beautifully. I can only trust that they really have been sealed as well. The patio tiles were returned to their original state. The white concrete garden edging that sufferd the same neglect as the samdstone, look a bit better, but are grey. The aggregate driveway and path... to be honest, don't look all that different. An oil drip from a worker's a few months ago was lightened, but not removed the the poor guy said he'd tried three or four times. The porch - that wasn't done. Just a swipe in the middle, which isn't so bad as it's so light, can see what I mean about the aggregate not looking much different. I'm glad it was done. Thrilled to see the sandstone pavers returned to original colour - but am hoping they're really sealed with something that will be as good as they priginally had before being blasted off a few years ago. I'll try to clean the porch myself. Originally, the deposit and quote came to less than a thousand dollars. The driveway, path, patio, garden edgings and few cement pavers brought it to around four and a half thousand dollars. I'm glad someone came and helped. Sorry that four and half thousand dollars didn't do much with the concrete and less with the aggregate. Also - I ws NOT happy to have my Visa card details, including CVV - everything, dmeanded over the phone for the deposit. I was even more upset that when the first (much too small) quote arrived, it contained the information that the payment would bentaked from my card and included identifying numbers from it. Then, when paying the four thousand and something, I was handed a device to manually enter all those details again. Even though your quote had included the option of a bank transfer. This has put me in the position of having to cancel that card now and get a new one. Taking those details like that is an absolute nightmare in a scam-and-fraud ridden world. I have no problem with workmen carrying eftpos machines that simply require a safe swipe but strangers taking complete card details ... You might need ro rethink that. Honestly, if I had the time to look further, I'm sorry to say I would have done so when asked to give all that information over the phone instead of giving me the opportunity to do a bank transfer.

I am very pleased with everything. Daniel was fantastic.

My job was originally scheduled for 8 am Wednesday. I got a text Wednesday morning saying Robert would be delayed and would arrive at 9:50 am. Then I got another text saying he would arrive at 9:30 am. He arrived just after 10 am and said he'd brought equipment for a different job and would need to reschedule for 7:30 am Friday. On Friday morning I got a text saying he would be delayed and would arrive at 8 am. At 9:30 am I called Tile and Grout Pro who were keen to help. He arrived just after 10 am, said he got caught in traffic (for 2.5 hours?) and completed the job. I'm happy with how the travertine came up, but the honed bluestone shows marks from where the honing took place and isn't a smooth finish. Overall I'm not very happy with how the Bluestone came up and Robert's communication was terrible. Tile and Grout Pro seemed to want to help but I imagine there's only so much they can do when the person doing the work isn't a direct employee.

Chris had attention to detail and a perfectionist. He was great!

Communication was excellent. The outcome was better than I had hoped and I can’t believe that my tiles look practically as good as when they were put down over 20 years ago. The person doing the work was polite and punctual. My only gripe would be the amount paid, considering that the work took less than 2 hours all up. Maybe the price should be charged per hour and not per sqm. Otherwise very satisfied with outcome and service

The technician, Chris was great. He arrived on time explained what he was going to do and even arranged for a reduction in the cost as I had made a mistake in the measurement of the area. The job was done very professionally, and I was provided tips for ongoing maintenance.

Requirement to provide protective floor covering for non-tiled areas was not notified in advance. We needed to locate 10 towels at short notice. Sealer application streaky in some areas.

Chris explained in his professional experience that water base sealer could be used over a solvent sealer. I said that all advise said that it should not be done. Chris said that he had a special sealer and put some on a tile. After it dried he rubbed it with the sole of his runner to show how strong it was. I accepted Chris's professional experience and said ok. I hope that I made the right decision. When Chris finished I locked up and went to my sons place for the w'end to let the tiles cure. The furniture is now back in the house and the floor looks great. I might aid that there are a couple of spots in the laundry that could of been cleaned better prior to the sealing. Chris was a willing worker and explained what he was going to do before he started. He discussed with me a few times about how he was cleaning the two problems areas that I had previously advised your company. He done an excellent job in restoring the grout in those areas.

Parminder was knowledgeable, professional and he clearly explained all options and steps to me. He was lovely to deal with and my sandstone tiles look so much better.

Other than a mix up over start time, the technician was punctual. The customer service and communication was excellent. Very responsive. The pressure clean was excellent. 10 years of back mould build up on the walls was gone. I had a sealant applied as well, so I shall see how that goes over time. The price was a bit more than what I would have liked to pay, but in the end, I’m happy to pay for outstanding customer service

The technician that Stonemasters used on revitalizing our Travertine bathroom floors and regrouting our showers, Harry was exceptional. He was fastidious in his approach to the job and great with his communication. A real craftsman who was very good at responding to our queries and keeping us informed on progress. Would definitely use Stonemaster again and highly recommend to others.

Amazing service from start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.

At first the cost was a little scary but once I understood the process involved I realised that in order to get the result I was looking for I needed to get good operators who guaranteed their work and the result. When I got home this afternoon it was even better than I expected, the tiles look great the grout in places there were almost black are now back to being light grey. I recommend this company and if you’re considering this process you will get the result you want from these guys

Jin was excellent in explaining and in carrying out the work, no complaints at all However the Tile Cleaners Sydney's charges of what essentially turned out to be a chlorine assisted wash and seal of the pavers was over the top at $1,155 for a couple of hours work and a few materials, was unreasonable high, consequently I would not use The Tile Cleaners again nor would I recommend this service. The tiles had looked black for years and now they look as good as new. I'm really happy with the job that was done.

The company was very good to deal with, from quoting for the job to completion. I have tile floors in the entire downstairs of the house, and they needed some TLC. Jin did a fantastic job, helping me (76F) to move heavy furniture. He did a wonderful job of cleaning and sealing, things look so clean and sparkling. We are delighted.

Over the years we have had many contractors undertake work at our home, Daniel was one of the best we have had. He was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and did a couple of extra things without us asking.

I don’t think the tiles are supposed to look like this after most of a day drying. And I don’t think they sealed the walls like they were supposed to.

Daniel was very professional and clearly very experienced. Unfortunately the grout between the tiles was removed in the cleaning process. Seems to have accumulated in some of the larger natural pores of the travertine. Overall happy with the job but would have liked him to be more transparent about the grout (i guess nothing he could do about it). I will now need to replace the grout which i was not expecting to do.

The quality of work provided was fantastic however I would question whether I use again or recommend. 1. the number of automated emails and text messages during booking and subsequent is excessive and extraordinarily annoying. And in some instances incorrect. ie: a text in the evening to say staff member coming that morning. 2. Work not completed when requested and took longer than programmed that then delayed completion due to other commitments of the company at other jobs. 3. We appreciate and apologise for the error and delay in paying the account but the subsequent hassle was not needed or appreciated.

I could not be more disappointed with your company. My appointment was changed on me 4 times, mostly with only 24hrs or less notice. We are doing a major renovation and therefore am juggling trades. So every day you cancelled on me, it completely stuffed up my schedule, i then i had to change my tradies, as well as continuously moving furniture on and off the floor. Then when the technician finally turned up, he insulted me, treated me like an idiot, called me a liar, and then, as i was going out for the day, he flat out refused to turn off the lights when i asked if he could do that before he left. Lastly, without asking or mentioning why, i was charged over $100 extra. Considering how much i had been stuffed around, i was hoping for a discount, not the other way around. The floor came up looking good, but as for your service and technician, i will never use your service again when i need to reseal in a few years.

Parminder did an excellent job, and went the extra mile to try and remove tough stains.

Daniel was excellent and did an awesome job, I do think the cost for the area covered in my home was very high but otherwise I would definitely use him again.

I realise this was a difficult job on old worn slate outdoors. I think another coat of sealer would help. Also I cleaned up. Now I have painted front edge of step to look better as that was not done. I wonder if the water based sealer will stand up to extreme summer temp.

I re-measured the areas to be cleaned and they agree with the total area I submitted for a quote. The technician's measurements were different. I mentioned this to him at the time. Harry did an excellent job and we are pleased with the result.

The work was carried out efficiently and the finished work looks great.

Some white calcium deposits remain but it is not possible to use the high pressure hose at that site. Not the technician's fault.

Ryan was a great communicator and has done a wonderful job of cleaning and sealing the natural stone around our new pool.

Technician hour late but did advise. Communication with admin side is disappointing.emails not replied to phone number not always answered texts ignored. Still waiting response to text with questions and photos after completion of job.

Had Daniel arrive on time to clean and seal my outdoor limestone pavers. He was Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and did an amazing job. He showed me how to test that the sealer had done its job and how to care for the pavers going forward. Really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly manner. Would highly recommend Daniel in the future.

Over the phone staff were assuring that all the marks and stains on my concrete could be removed with chemical cleaners and scrubbing which was not the case. Also I was requested to select a flat, Saturn, or full gloss finish which is not possible with the penetrating sealer which was applied. The meeting point to my apartment was not relayed to the workman this caused some confusion at arrival time. The work man was excellent at his job.

Harry did a great job, fortunately he found a lot of holes in the grout. Now I will have to send a message to the house builder to fix the problem. I am pleased to recommend Tile and Grout Pro without hesitation. A job well done.

The reason I have given poor rating for communication is that I found the number of texts and emails to be way too much. I would have received almost 20 messages about my appointment- I think this was too much and you need to dial back … I am a very busy person and the messages I found to be bordering on harassment!

Whilst I am happy with the work, I am not happy with the way you quote and communicate - it is far too complex and removes the ability to deal direct with technician. You should always itemise your quotes - I basically had to do it for you and then there was no checking upon sighting the job in person.

Guests have just left and I don't think the sealer is going to work as there are already marks which don't come off with normal washing even though the overall effect looks good at the moment. Jin was exceptional - he cleaned our tiling on the patio and round the pool till it looked like new. He discussed the best type of sealant for our travertine pavers and made sure he really covered the whole area, even into the corners. We’ll be recommending him to everyone.

Technician was punctual. Disgruntled technician when finding out tiles were located in undercover area. Stated tiles were inside, I replied no because I have wooden floors. Technical failed to be equipped with correct equipment in order to complete task. Verbally stated no this won't work. Additional hoses were required which is not a problem to assist but when you are spoken to like a child. This service I will not be using or recommending in future. Technician also stated I had applied a sealant to tiles. When replied no, he argued I had. I stated property was tenanted, he then replied will you need to talk to your tenants! I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me. Technician approach was arrogant. Example sliding door was slightly open about 20cm. Technician sprayed tiled area where splashes were reached brand new sheer curtains without consideration. I had just paid $6500 to have installed, I quickly closed door but felt common sense to being professional would have been obvious. Unfortunately unable to provide positive feedback.

The guys did a great job on the day, and were very helpful. The main problem happened before hand and we almost cancelled thinking that it was a scam. This happened because we were bombarded with emails prior to work starting many were repeats.. it looked very suspicious! The operators on the day were very thorough.

Very happy with the representative that came to do the service. Very unhappy that the correct service of what required was not quoted. I was advised that the stains and marks would come out of the tiles. However the technician advised during the service that a different device is required to get the outcome required. The team did not quote the right job or advise the service offered would not get the result required. You offer the service required so why did the company not advise this would do the job required and offered? The quote did not state the job was plus GST, therefore the service is also 10% more expensive than quoted. Therefore extremely unhappy. I felt I have paid $2500 for a pressure wash and still need to get get someone in to do the job required.

I think Pat did an excellent job. He was punctual, diligent and friendly. He also did an excellent job at cleaning the tiles and applying the sealer. My only complaint (and a minor one) is not directed at Pat's work, but at the communications provided by Tile and Grout Pro. I was not informed about a change in the sealer to be used. When I originally contacted Tile and Grout Pro, I requested the use of Deepshield Gold Transparent Penetrating Sealer because my tiles were made of porcelain (no other sealer was recommended on your website for porcelain). When Pat started to seal the tiles, I noticed that he was using Crommelin Natural Finish Penetrating Sealer and Water Repellent. I was concerned that no mention was made on the can (or on Crommelin's website) that the Crommelin Sealer was suitable for porcelain. Overall, I found the service excellent. I would have liked to be informed in advance, however, that an alternative sealer was to be used. I would have also like confirmation that the sealer was a suitable substitute. I found the number of texts and emails and phone calls in the lead up to the booking overhwhelming and repetitive. On the day of the job, th technician arrived 25 minutes late and there was no call to advise. I had not received the requested photos showing the "wet look" finish vs the natural finish in the weeks leading up to the booking. The technician talked to me and did not feel the wet look would work well and I was disappointed to not have received this information when I called to make the booking. I did not receive an updated formal quote or invoice based on accurate sizing or the change in finish, and note my credit card has been debited tonight (without my permission). Hi. I had some new tiles laid which were impossible to keep clean. Felt kinda gritty and much harder to keep clean than the 30 year old tiles we were trying to match as part of a reno. Technician cleaned the tiles no problems (missed some in a doorway though) and applied the sealer to the newly tiled areas. As he was wrapping up he told me I would need to mop the new tiles every day. Who does that?? I have been doing it so far but they are still problematic to keep clean. Can you tell me of any sealers which may work better that I can apply myself? can’t afford to have you return to the house to apply as this is all I budgeted cost on the back end of a long drawn out renovation.

Whilst we are over the moon with the result Ryan was able to achieve on a very stained and dirty patio we find it very hard to justify the charges. $500 per hour is high and we find it hard to reconcile the price per hour and the cost of cleaning products and sealer used on our job. However, having said that, we are very happy with Ryan’s result.

Polite technician and work carried out efficiently and with care. My tiles are Travertine and over winter had become black with mould. They are now restored to their original colour and look fresh and new.

Jin was very helpful, worked hard to clean old sealer off the tiles and reseal them. But the basic problem, effloresence coming through the tiles, has got worse. He recommended a low viscosity penetrating sealer. It is not sealing anything. In my opinion I need a surface sealer to prevent evaporation from the surface that brings the dissolved salts up. Do you have anyone with experience with this problem on terra cotta tiles?

Ratings are for company - not the worker Harry - I suspect he just works for the company. He is a nice man. Company is a well-oiled machine that appears to do everything right but...This is what happened: 1. Used a high-pressure water cleaner to clean my sandstone fence - I could have done it. - damaged the “pointing” = grout, a lot in some places - extra cost to fix that. - damaged the smooth sandstone capping in places - will just have to accept. 2. Did not use “Deep Shield"for sealing as advertised/promised but some other stuff. 3. Says used a laser to measure the surface area, coming to 30m2. I measured it by tape measure and pen and paper and got 21.5m2- measuring on 2 different days. I asked how the laser can measure over 3D - as not measuring a flat floor - he had no idea, stating it was an estimate. 30 vs 21m2 is almost a 50 % higher price which is significant. 4. Owners of tile n grout pro also operate under at least one other brand - Stone Master. I didn’t know this and got a quote from that company too. Later as the penny dropped I suspected this may be “uncompetitive" by law. Anyway, for a few hundred dollars, not worth arguing too much, although the grout-pointing damage and sandstone capping damage hurts. From a distance looks great ..... Time will tell if the sealant is any good.

The booking system, customer service and communication is outstanding, both from head office and technician. Our floor took a long time - 24hrs to dry, which we were not expecting so would advice to be prepared for that, weatehr dependant. (we had rain) The follow up of our concerns by customer service and technician was prompt and couldnt ask for more.

The Rescheduling of the appointments was a bit annoying 3 times as we had to cancel medical appointments several times but the quality of the workmanship the customer service of the trades person (Joe)that came out on site was excellent.

I am a person who is very time poor and run to a time schedule, arriving early by1 hour and 15 mins was not the best outcome for me as I had appointments I then had to change.

Communication was maybe a bit over the top. I kept receiving emails advising my appointment and pointing to the payment of a deposit even though I had already paid and advise same. Otherwise customer service was great. The technician did a great job and left us with a far better understanding of the job. Well done

Great job of cleaning and sealing the travertine. Good price, less than half the cost quoted by the pool installer. The guy asked me to inspect the cleaning before sealing. Very good all round.

Didn't scrub out some of the more stubborn stains. For the price I'd expect this. I can get these stains out with a scrubbing brush. I'm not sure if I can scrub them out now the sealant is over top. Also he sealed them late in the afternoon and it didn't dry overnight, so had to keep the dog inside the next day also. Would be better seal in the morning to allow to dry during daylight. Floor was nicely done, bit of paint damage on skirting

He accidentally damaged 2 pot plants during the cleaning and sealing process. Which is ok as they were left by the previous owner. He cleaned up all the mess and left them on the driveway (I told him to leave there) it did cost me some time to wrapping up fragments and put in bags and leave in the bin. Apart from that, he did a good job and we had good communication during the work, so we are all good.

Tiles and grout needed a good scrub as they are 20 years old have come up good. Machine is better than hand scrubbing well worth the expense.

most tile Grout was cleaned and come up well and some grout especially near door entrance looks filthy. the sealant put over is terrible and that's being nice. it attracted dirt and looks filthy and grotty, we have scrubbed most the tile protection off, we just have to do under the table and other small areas. The Technician was polite, worked hard, However we are not happy with the sealant and some tile grout looking bad. wasn't worth the cost.

Wanted tiles to be cleaned and sealed. I knew that stain would be hard to remove, but couldn't remove bat poo or clay stains from the tiles. Then proceeded to seal the stains into the tiles before telling me to use some hydrochloric acid to try to remove the rust stains. Want until I took a good look after the tiles dried that I realized how poor the work actually was. My home Gurney works better at removing there stains than his professional one has

I am disappointed with the final result. The previous coating was coming off some of the tiles. I had hoped the old coating could be removed from these tiles but this did not happen with the cleaning process. The affected tiles have a glossy finish on the old finish and a flat finish where the finish had come off. And there is a definite edge felt between old and new finish. Unfortunately all of the affected tiles are in thoroughfares and very visible. I am sure Daniel felt he had done the best he could do. I would appreciate someone from Tile and Grout Pro. It's been many years since our sandstone floor looked this good. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the resealing experience was - not only was the job done quickly, there was no overpowering chemical smell, and I didn't have to move out overnight whilst the floor dried. Daniel was efficient, took great care to let me know exactly what the process would be, and provided me with detailed after care tips for cleaning and maintenance. I would definitely use Tile and Grout again - and won't wait so long to engage them next time!

Highly recommend both the tiler and the tile cleaner / sealer however it was extremely annoying to receive reminders every second week and every second day once booking done hence why on 2 stars for communication Price for cleaning and tile sealing expensive considering such a large area but due to the quality I rated the value for money 4 stars

Daniel was very good. My only disappointment was I was led to believe on the original invoice that the slate floor would be stripped and sealed. However, Daniel explained that stripping was not feasible on the slate I had - that it had too many coats of sealant already; the surface was rough. It would have been a help if, when making the booking, I was asked a few in depth questions which might have clarified this at the beginning.

I only have photographs of the completed work as I am not able to go to the residence at this time, I had a kitchen demolished and a new one installed so my slate floor was extremely dirty and by the photos it now looks lovely and clean and shiny. The workmen were helpful about extending the date of the job and communicated with me by phone. There was a slight problem with communication at the office.

We are very pleased with the excellent standard of work and ease of communicating with Tile and Grout Pro and Thilanga our technician. We received a very competitive quote and would definitely recommend them to others. Our pavers look brand new!

The initial quote was to clean and seal 65 sq m of terracotta, which was to to be from 9 am to 3 pm. A revised quote added a further 35 sq m of outside tiles, a total of 100 sq m. I arrived home at 6 pm and noticed that there was considerable pooling of the sealing product. It appears that the job was completed within about 3 hours, which I feel was too quick for cleaning and sealing 100 sq m's of terracotta. Joe was very pleasant, as was his offsider Hossain. I understand that Joe is one of your more experienced operators. I will have a closer look tomorrow morning, when I hope the pooling liquid has dried. Disregard ratings for now, as the stars seem to be self-activating.

We were happy with the repair work of the slate but very disappointed in the quality of the sealer used. The tiles look very dull looking, even dirty in colour. We were hoping for the seal to bring out the lovely colours of the slate.

Had a bunch of badly stained sandstone pavers and didn't have high expectations that they could be cleaned up, but they came out really well. Appearance is back to near-new and it's given the back yard a real lift. Well done to the Tile and Grout Pro team! Brian

Felt a bit pricey when quoted but can't argue with how much better the tiles look for the clean and seal. Jin Ban did well navigating around planters, timber and courtyard walls. The before and after photos would look good in any brochure!

Level of work was outstanding- nothing to fault

Overall I think the job was done well however I struggled to get a hold of someone when needed. There was evidence of a lack of communication within the business as many times I spoke to various people, they didn't know what I was talking about after I had discussed with other members of the team. I also was very upset that my credit card was charged $175 two days after I made the final payment without my permission and no refund or apology was issued. I believe this was due to a miscommunication ythat I was offered a 10% discount due to last minute change of dates for the job. I requested this discount upon final payment, which was then given however it seems my credit card details were retained and someone took it upon themselves to charge the 10% two days later. I am now in disputes with the bank over this charge to try and get my money back. Overall not a positive experience.

Dave was very reliable, great person, and took the time to explain what type of result we would receive with the type of pavers we had. Do not have any problems in recommending Dave to friends or relatives for any future work. With head office, it would have been great to have someone come out and view the job, and recommended what option we had, rather than having to wait for a technician to come out and quote us, although it was the holiday period, and some states were lockdown. All in all, good service.

Disappointed in the finished job, not as good as expected. The edges of the area, which were slate could not be cleaned and sealed according to the technician and left the area looking quite shabby and unfinished. Would have liked to be advised that the vertical edges can not be sealed. Especially considering the tech visited twice and rescheduled due to weather conditions.

Overall, a good experience. However, I did have to clean the feet covers of our pool fence legs where sealant had also been inadvertently applied.

Good operater

They did a great job - the marble looks like new and the bathroom floor looks great. There was care taken during the whole process and they even mopped my whole kitchen floor. I was most impressed that Pasan brought in extra people in order to finish the job in the one day - they worked till very late - a pretty impressive team. Thank you.

Jin Ban was on time extremely pleasant hard worker. Our sandstone had not been cleaned for a while and he has bought it up like new. It looks great now. He was very quick and did an excellent job.

Ours was a two step process and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. I forgot what colour my tiles actually were. They look brand new. Would definitely get the tiles done again.

I had my floors cleaned last week they were more messed up after and looked worse, after they cleaned they put a sealer that left marks when it dried, I will have to get them back to rectify and fix

The technician left shoe prints and marks in the sealing on all slate floors and also marked the wooden floor leading to the kitchen by wiping the floor with the rag he used for sealing the slate in the kitchen. I’ve tried to remove the marks to no avail. I realise he did not do this deliberately however am disappointed in the finishing of the sealing. All of the flaws only started to show through more than 24-48 hours after the job was completed and only noticed when the rooms were in a certain light. I arranged for an inspection of the work for 9am Tuesday 30th December however no one turned up and I did not receive any phone call or text message to advise why not.

Technician was excellent, communicated every step and worked hard. Original quote included repairing holes however this was not done. No fault of technician.

Working with Pasan was easy making the full Experience from start to finish pleasurable. I would recommend Pasan and his team for all Your tiling work.

after cancelling my first appointment they turned up on time and were courteous and professional. I was happy mostly with the clean but the sealing was a bit patchy - some areas appeared to have more sealant than others and I could see the mop marks. I have since mopped the tiles with a dry microfibre cloth but when there was a spill and I used the wet microfibre cloth the cloth was dragged off the mop head by the roughness of the tiles. So I am ultimately disappointed overall for the money I paid.

It was a big job and Daniel was extremely thorough throughout; really pleased with the results.

The tiles in the bathroom were completed very satisfactorily - there are no issues there. The technician was very pleasant and courteous - although difficult to understand and for him to understand us. Wooden floor - not entirely satisfied. I certainly didn't expect it to be perfect. However, there were a few drops of paint around the floor that I would have thought should have come off easily with what was being done. I also assumed that there was some kind of coating that was applied to the floor to protect it - but we were able to scratch off the paint drops ourselves. So not entirely sure the whole process was completed? I will be contacting someone about this.

Such a fantastic experience. I nearly forgot that there was a date mix up initially. It didn’t matter, because there were apologies, there was ample communication to let me know when the technician would arrive, and once he did, we were so reassured because we knew we were in good hands. Daniel was fantastic. He knew what he was doing, he was reassuring, but also personable and warm. Our toddler was around and he was friendly and kind to everyone. He also worked really hard and went the extra length to make sure he did an amazing, rather than just a good job. Our place feels renewed now, such a relief. The whole experience was truly great. One of the best services experiences I’ve had. Couldn’t recommend it and Daniel higher.

What looked like a great job is actually a waste of time and money ! The nice man said there was no grout to do. Pictures say the opposite. I now have to have this done again and then resealed. Also caulking is not perfect , Terrible color when Silva said he had a terra cotta or cream color to match and he has use white. Very very expensive caulking job that I will need to remove and redo. Overall, a total waste of money! Except he cleaned the tiles very well.

These guys damaged my skirting boards and tipped their filthy waste water out the front of my driveway.. communication is great until you pay or have an issue. I emailed them and got a response they were looking into it, that was a week ago, havent heard any more even after following up with another email.. i wouldn't recommend this company.

Sam and his colleagues did a very good job of regrouting our two bathrooms and shower rooms. His work was highly skilled and we are very pleased with the final result. He kept us informed of what he was doing throughout the regrouting, cleaning and sealing processes.

Dc was upfront and honest about the grouting however when he came back days later it seemed the grout on the cement wasn’t able to be taken off which is sort of why I hired someone to help with it. It did come up good just not great as I had hoped from a machine that they described. Find for $560 worth which wasn’t hard work as the machine did all the work and they sat and waited for the drying etc and were in the shade the whole time, was a very easy job so by spending sometime to help get rid of some grout on the pavers to me should have been apart of the $$$. However can’t fault them as people and he was honest about the actual grouting and how it could disappear.

The company needs to return calls. they request you ring a mobile number which never answers- this is frustrating and makes one think it must be robots. Confirmation of appointment does not need to be sent two or three times: the same applies to quotes.

Alex and Andrew were prompt and professional. They listened to my explanation of the issue and answered all my questions. The terracotta tiles have come up well and should now be well sealed against the infiltration of moisture. Thank you.

Michael did a great job of the difficult task of removing horizontal tiles overlapping vertical tiles along a windowsill. He did not damage the patterned vertical tiles. He replaced 17 tiles and re-grouted above the kitchen bench area.

We are happy with the job as advised yesterday but, when we were able to walk into the bathroom at about 4pm, we discovered a broken tile. We have a spare but a replacement would definitely show up as the other tiles are faded although it is nice to have them really clean. I don't think anything can be done about it but wanted to express my disappointment that we were not told about the damage as I thought we had established a good rapport with the technicians who were courteous and professional. This is my first time to engage Tile and Grout Pro to regrout and clean a limestone paved long front footpath. The quality of the work done by Areef and his assistant seemed to be very good - they thoroughly removed the disintegrating old grout and replaced it with new grout that I hope is better quality than the original. They then cleaned and sealed the entire area. Overall, I am happy with the work done by Areef and his assistant. This job was done over 3 days, in stages, and as best I could tell, each stage was done competently and with proper tools and materials. I would note that the administration side of my experience was disjointed, and this was not Areef's fault. This company uses a sort of automated booking system that only sent me the documented quote the morning of the job start, and what was supposed to be a 9 am start did not happen until 2 pm on that day. I was unable to connect to anyone via the number provided on the quote, so I felt that it would have been difficult to communicate any changes in my schedule to the coordinator(s) of the job. Fortunately I was at home all day every day of this job so this issue did not impact on me in a practical sense. Also, the admin process was very pushy for payment even before the job had been completed, and I did not find that to be good business practice. Areef to his credit worked around the issues with the admin process by calling me to let me know when they would be arriving and by clearly stating when they would be back for the next stage. He also took the initiative to call the billing contact so that at least I could speak directly with the office person requesting early payment.

Excellent work provided with cleaning and sealing of our external sandstone done meticulously and methodically. I would definitely use this service again.

Sam did his very best to try and clean my tiles. They look a lot better but still have marks on them. Sam did say that they would not be as perfect as they should be due to the way they were sealed by the original tiler. Hopefully they will improve with further drying time .

Daniel has come out twice now however the boot marks that you can see on the tiles are still visable. I let him know on the day the last time he was out that we will need to try again. I think the kitchen in particular will need to be redone from the beginning to get rid of the boot marks.

I am waiting to be contacted regarding the regrouting of my tiles. They are clean but the cleaning blew all the grouting out. I booked your company because you had a service that cleaned without pressurised water. I accept that the tiles would not come clean without this. I am willing (not happy) to pay for the regrouting but I am waiting for you to contact me. The tiles are loose and I want the regrouting done as soon as possible.
