Mick, the technician was excellent he done an excellent job, made sure it was all clean and tidy afterwards. Unfortunately the admin staff in the office was a different story. Even after advising them that they have the address for me incorrect they managed to send the technician to an incorrect address., luckily it was not very far from where we live. Although I paid the deposit as soon as it was requested they kept emailing me asking me to the deposit. As I said the technician five stars, the office one , or may be two stars. Moorthy worked really hard the whole time and aimed to do a quality job and one that pleased us. The improvement to our old kitchen tiles is quite dramatic and I wish we had had them regrouted years ago. He had a very pleasant manner.

Michael's attention to detail in regrouting our kitchen splashback tiles was impressive and appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending Michael to our family and friends when they want a job well done.

Excellent work by Frank

We sent photos of sandstone tiles that were deteriorating due to water and abrasion. So the nature of the work was fairly clear. Franjo arrived promptly at the arranged time and quickly determined the best course of action was not to remove the tile and risk the underlying waterproofing, but sand them back and properly seal them. He also did two areas of siliconing. His work and advice was excellent and will have saved us some time and money, but all up we were charged $550 (including the deposit), for what was 20 minutes work and advice. We understand he came from the Gold Coast, so were keen to pay him something. But $550 was excessive. Jim and Jill Nicklin

Harry did a great job with our grouting and bathroom restoration. It cost more and took longer than was quoted, but overall we are happy with our 'new' bathroom.

Although the technician was friendly and polite, the quality of work was not worth what I paid for. Several scrach damages were made on existing tiles. An edge of a tile was chipped.He left the site not fully cleaned and I had to wipe the floor and clean the sink with silicon debris. I would not call it a professional work - 1 star. But the assistance from the call center was timely and appropriate, hence adding another star to communication.

The work done was fine and the technician very competent. I do however have feedback in regards to the flood of auto generated emails I have received. Since Friday afternoon I have received 14 emails in relation to 2 jobs booked this week. This has been annoying and duplicated information. The opposite of exceptional customer service.

The contractors who completed the work did a great job considering the circumstances

Moorthy left his Stanley knife behind. We put it on Ebay to offset some of the grouting costs. No offers as yet.

Theo was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was on time, great to communicate with, his explanation of the work that he was going to do and why was excellent. Really good, my patio's had not been cleaned for year's Raaj got stuck into cleaning and they have come up nicely. Will get them back in December. Bathroom tiles are now clean and look spectacular. Mould gone, a little grout, done.

The quality of work provided was fantastic however I would question whether I use again or recommend. 1. the number of automated emails and text messages during booking and subsequent is excessive and extraordinarily annoying. And in some instances incorrect. ie: a text in the evening to say staff member coming that morning. 2. Work not completed when requested and took longer than programmed that then delayed completion due to other commitments of the company at other jobs. 3. We appreciate and apologise for the error and delay in paying the account but the subsequent hassle was not needed or appreciated.

Happy with final outcome. Clearly explained what would be done. Only issue we have was dust. Did not clean up balcony ballast and capings. I now have an added expense of hiring a professional window cleaner.

Moorthy was meticulous in his approach to the job. He took the time to lay protective sheets and ensured rooms were closed off to minimise dust spreading to the rest of the house. When the grout removal was completed he showed me the job before proceeding with the next step. We are most pleased with the job - our showers have been returned to new like condition. Raaj did a really excellent job re-grouting our 23yo shower bases. He was careful to match the Grout colour to the rest of the bathroom floor grout which i thought was a nice touch. And the silicone seal was carefully applied removing all traces of the old seal which was very old and discoloured. Also applied a silicone seal around the kitchen bench taking care to remove some oil residue around the stove so that it would seal properly. The bench looks amazing now. I was also impressed with his communication. He gave me a clear indication of how long the job would take and kept to it. Walked me through the finished jobs, explained I couldn't use the showers for 24 hours. Thank you.

Was disapointed a tile was chipped in my shower. Michael was very polite and on time finished the job in less time than expected.

Hi there Frank was very professional and his quality of work was excellent. I have no issues with his service other than he turned up 30 mins early, and I would have preferred he was on time. The other issue I have is that the charge was $465 for around 10 or 15 mins work. I did question it with Tile and Grout at prior to booking, you advised that was the minimum charge and you and the contractor would not make any money out of it otherwise. I understand trades people need to make an income, but this seems an exceptionally high hourly rate to me - travel time etc included. Furthermore, had I known how easy it was, I think I could have done it myself. It would have been helpful of Tile and Grout to suggest that.

After having to reschedule several times (due to issues at our end), Janaka did an amazing job on what we now know was a previous "terrible work". He kept us informed about when circumstances changed through the job and made everything loo as good as new!

The only concern that I have is that the grouting was not well matched. All other aspects were excellent. Price was ok, but not excellent.

The technician turned up on time, which is always super appreciated. They did a great job at matching the grout colour from photos and left the site tidy. Whilst I initially felt frustrated as no-one would come and look at the job prior to quoting I just had to trust their process as no-one else does this work. All on all - end result looks great.

The contractors that did the work were great communicators and skilled. We were very happy with their work. The shower bases are now in much better condition.

The areas described in the quote were not completed. White silicone was applied to our grey kitchen tiles - stands out from a mile away. Silicone peels off when using a sponge to clean the tiles. Hoped the workmanship would be off a higher standard - very disappointed. Poor communication in general from Tile Pro - would not recommend.

Communication regarding change of arrival time was poor. I had to ring to find out that appointment had changed from morning to afternoon. I understand there was a problem with a previous job however there needs to be better communication. Apart from that very pleased with the work carried out.

Mick is a cheerful hard working tradie who takes pride in his work, never rushes, works incredibly hard to get to the best finish possible. Mick completed three large shower re-grouts including floors and new silicone, plus a vanity double sink and splash back in two days. He travelled nearly two hours to our home each day and arrived on time still cheerful and kean to start work.

Frank was great. He assessed the situation, recommended the treatment he thought most suitable for the outcome I was after, communicated with all of the required parties and got on with it.

Frank was very helpful and done a great job. The shower recess would have looked better if the grout had straight lines , however this was no fault of Frank’s , unfortunately this was due to the tiles having a bevelled edge. I am happy to see the newly grouted edges look clean and white again.

What looked like a great job is actually a waste of time and money ! The nice man said there was no grout to do. Pictures say the opposite. I now have to have this done again and then resealed. Also caulking is not perfect , Terrible color when Silva said he had a terra cotta or cream color to match and he has use white. Very very expensive caulking job that I will need to remove and redo. Overall, a total waste of money! Except he cleaned the tiles very well.

Although Pasan was held up at his previous job he kept us informed of when he would arrive. He was a very pleasant man and did a great job and we would use him again
