When making this booking I supplied photos as requested via SMS but it seems they did not go to the appropriate contact even though I sent them as instructed.
After booking I had 5 follow up text messages and ten reminder emails ( overkill and annoying ) . The job was then cancelled on 4pm the day before due. I was told technician had an accident which turned out to be a lie when technician arrived for the rescheduled appointment one week later .
The technician was very polite and explained what results to expect.
However I am unhappy with the job for two main reasons
1. The grout in the shower area still had mould which I then removed myself with harpic and a scrubbing brush , even on silicone .
2. The sprayed water in one bathroom left water marks in the stainless steel corner tile strips which I have had to clean.
The technician was at our house for approx 2 hours . $500 for this service is excessive , the quality of finish substandard and the communications from tile and grout pro very unprofessional

I received some great advice from Franjo but expected the technician to arrive in a company vehicle and not in a private vehicle and wearing thongs. He was very helpful though and showed me how to repair the tiles.without having to do a costly replacement.

Cancelled our job twice, after we had removed all the furniture. Rebooked without telling us a date until a week before, then charged us 2 cancellation payments. We should be charging them!
