Sarah comes from a nursing background and more than 20 years experience in working with energy. She specialises in Energetic Recalibrations and Chakra re-alignment, clearing, transmuting, transforming energetic blockages and stagnation. Sarah helps clients better understand life through understanding their own sense of Being  and assists them to ground into the present.

Sarah often incorporates sound medicine into her sessions. Sarah facilitates women’s circles,  shamanic drumming circles and various other wellness based workshops. 

Sarah creates calming and nervous system soothing personalised meditations for clients. These can be one on one or for small to large groups. 

Sarah has worked within the realms of death and dying as a soul doula, helping ease clients through their transition.
